A relaxing immersion in Japanese culture. Kind and helpful staff, Spacious tatami rooms, exquisitely prepared dinners and sumptuous breakfasts. Highlight was the 3 different onsens to choose from and massage chairs in relaxation room. Futon beds were very comfy and appreciated all the thoughtful Japanese touches that made our stay so special. English is not widely used so you will need be prepared to use Google translate to avoid any misunderstandings.Also, not easy to get here as it not close to any train station. Public transit (long ride but cheap) or Kappa bus line if you want to pay for more comfortable trip. A memorable way to experience “old Japan”.

This is a large hot spring hotel, quite impressive. It's only walking distance from nearby attractions. Although the decoration of the Japanese-style room we stayed in was not new, it was very clean and the room was quite large. The surrounding environment of the hotel is peaceful and you can sleep comfortably. The hot spring is on the 12th floor and the temperature is sufficient, but the outdoor hot spring is a bit small. Since there were not many people there that day, we all had a great time soaking. Large towels are provided in the hot springs, but the rooms do not provide additional face towels like other hot spring hotels. Have dinner at the restaurant. The dishes and taste are good, and the desserts are self-service. Breakfast is in the same restaurant and is also a buffet. The styles are mainly Japanese, and the variety is a bit average.

Although it is a tatami, the mattress is very thick, so it is very comfortable to lie down~ The food is also very good Yes, Kaiseki cuisine also has breakfast. I personally like their breakfast very much. It is recommended to take your time and enjoy... Needless to say, the large bath. The scenery of the open-air bath is very beautiful, and the service staff is so polite that it makes me embarrassed. Even when we temporarily asked the counter to help us call a taxi, they all handled it for us immediately ~ Thank you very much😄 The only drawback is that there are too few shuttle buses, only 1500 buses a day. If the number of shuttle buses can be increased, it would be perfect! ! !
