Only redeeming feature was the onsen with indoor and outdoor baths . Disappointingly very small room for a couple . Staff said no bigger room available. Asked for ramen restaurant recommendation - very ordinary experience. Breakfast and parking were extra cost - not good value for what we got .

The location is good, within walking distance of the Omotemachi bus stop on the Dounan bus line and Tomakomai station. Even though it's in the city, there is an open-air bath with a natural hot spring with a view of the ocean. There was jelly in the refrigerator. It seems to be a welcome service. They offer ice cream and lactobacillus drinks after the bath. Although it was a room-only plan, they also offered midnight noodles. There is a coffee server in the lobby, and you can bring coffee to your room. Many hotels don't have LAN cables these days, so I thought it was good that they had one. As it's a business hotel, the rooms are not large, but they have all the essential facilities.

I couldn’t book a room for 4 of us. So we separated to 2 rooms. Although the room is small but clean n bed is comfortable. The most we liked is the Onsen on 9/F. With such a small hotel which provide 3 types of hot spring baths, changing room is clean and well equipped. They provided child amenities (tooth brush, kids Onsen clothing and kids pillow) Amazing! You can also enjoy free ramen at 9:30-11pm
