The rooms are beautiful and have a great view. You can also experience the scenic hot springs with a 10-minute transfer from the hotel. Dinner at the buffet restaurant is teppanyaki. Breakfast is excellent with rice balls. A morning walk in the Hyakudanen garden is recommended. The staff are friendly and can enjoy the resort.

A total of 12 people, including children and grandchildren, visited under the Hanshin Tigers Victory Plan (Hankyu Kotsusha). It was a wonderful hotel designed by Tadao Ando with excellent staff reception, room size and cleanliness. There was no public bath, so I took a shuttle bus to the open-air bath, which seemed to be fun for the grandchildren. We had Japanese food at Amami for dinner, but it seemed to be a good Viking for the grandchildren. The food was delicious, but it was a bit disappointing that the drinks were expensive. The breakfast buffet was really delicious. After lunch, we took a walk around the facilities around the hotel and checked out before noon. It was a two-day, one-night family trip, but it was a really good memory. On my way home, I noticed that my grandson, a college student, had lost his computer and contacted the hotel. They later found it and mailed it to us. Thank you for being so kind.　Thank you very much.

This hotel was such a nice surprise! The rooms were huge and clean, with a great view of the water. You could spend several days exploring the grounds, including the government managed park and the terraced garden, along with the different architectural features. We had delicious burgers at the lobby cafe and a great teppanyaki birthday dinner at the main restaurant (arranged via email with the hotel before arrival). We also enjoyed the Japanese and western selections at breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!
