I stayed several times and this time I was very satisfied, especially with the room and the food. I stayed in the Japanese and Western rooms in the central building, but there were many beautiful and easy-to-use rooms. There is a hand wash in the Western-style room and I think the elderly will appreciate it. The ingredients of the meal were also good and the amount was just right. The public bath was used by many people, but it was easy to use.

I was comfortable. The staff are smiley and pleasant and kind. The bath was spacious and equipped with equipment, and the room was warm with floor heating at the feet, and the equipment and facilities were good. Dinner and breakfast are all delicious and very satisfying. However, there were waterdrop-like marks on the toilet floor, so I cleaned and used it. I would love to stay with my family again next year.

I stayed for my father-in-law's birthday celebration. I didn't expect much from the service before I stayed because I had always had the impression that it was a big hotel, but the hospitality of the staff was excellent and I could feel the attention to detail throughout the hotel, which was a great stay. The room was the most standard room, but it was clean, spacious and open. People of all ages can stay here, and the rooms are also equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs. The facility is large, but wheelchairs can be rented. It might be small, but in the public baths, there are small trash cans in each shower booth in the washrooms, bags for wet things in the dressing rooms, good drinks after the hot water, waiting benches and toilets just inside the parking lot… (I guess your dad is supposed to make your grandparents wait for you to pick up the car). The service from the customer's point of view was well received, and I had a very pleasant time. I will definitely come again.
