The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood area near Sannomiya Station. The room is typically small but ok, generally clean, we stayed in a family room that consist of 2 connecting rooms but 1 room is with a double bed and another room is with tatami and futon beds. For 4 adults this room is ok as it has 2 toilet and bath, bathroom amenities are there. The breakfast is ok, there even have free coffee and some other drinks through out the day. Walking distance to many shopping area and restaurants.

We booked 2 nights this hotel because the location is good, right in the center of KOBE (10 min walking from Sannomiya station), easy to go around the city from there. Breakfast included and free drinks during the afternoon. Clean and comfortable.

This hotel is excellent. It's not that close from the station maybe a 10-15 minute walk, but it is still walkable. The rooms were good and not that small. They have a buffet breakfast included and it was excellent. I liked that there was fish available for breakfast. They choices for a Japanese breakfast and bread for a western breakfast. The room I stayed in was clean. As with most Japanese hotels, they provide slippers, yukata (robe), towels, toothbrush.
