ugh, our 3 night stay was kind of disappointing. All the female staff were warm and friendly but the male staff we met ALL behaved unprofessionally and left us with very negative impression 🙂 The main issue was during check-in: the staff we encountered(武田) was completely unhelpful. He didn’t speak english and didn’t even try to use a translator. When I asked him 'Do you speak english' politely, he literally just rolled him eyes at me, I was like: bro what the actual duck. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction but didn't receive any apology. Well, couldn't tell if his attitude came from outright misogyny or just simply incapable of doing his job hehe Won't come again.

Wonderful hotel in a prime location. Sanomiya train station is only 10 minutes away, as well as the bus stop for Osaka KIX airport. The rooms were lovely and comfortable with a modern wet room type shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased we chose this hotel and free tea and coffee and ice cream in the evening was such a nice touch.

チェックイン時のひどいサポート大人3人が泊まれる狭くて狭い部屋。スーツケースも入りません。このホテルには二度と戻りません。あらゆる面から悪い評価を付けます。 Terrible support at check in Tiny, tiny room for 3 adults. Can't even fit a suitcase. I will never return to this hotel. I give it a bad rating in every respect.
