This is a typically sized Japanese hotel room that was quiet and comfortable. The check in was friendly and they were happy to hold our bags until check-in time. There is a restaurant on site, but we did not use it. The coffee machine was ok to to get a cup to start the morning. This Dormy Inn (there are two in Takamatsu, so make sure you know which one you are booking) was really well located, especially if going to the Pokemon Center but also in need of a Starbucks. The worse part of the experience were the pillows, which were like cinder blocks with pillowcases. We will stay here again, but we will bring pillows.

I love Dormy Inn too much. It is smaller than Tamamo-no-yu, but personally I like the atmosphere here as the downtown is closer. Breakfast should not be too expensive either.

I stayed two nights on business. Unfortunately, I didn't get breakfast this time, but the open-air bath was pleasant and the night-singing soba was delicious. It was convenient because there were many places to eat and drink in the area. Also, the hotel staff treated us with care. I think it was a comfortable hotel.
