- 4 minutes from the JR Kagoshima Chuo station - 3 minutes from the AMU mall & Chuo station bus terminus - 3 minutes from the airport bus terminal - there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel - the local eateries (Food Village 屋台村) is directly opposite the hotel - 2 mins from the AEON supermarket - tons of restaurants nearby - guests can get a bowl of free udon noodles from 21:30-22:30!

The hotel is located just next to Kagoshima Chuo station which is the Shinkansen bullet train station, with a giant Aeon mall and Amu Plaza for night shopping. Although not close to Sakurajima but accessible by tram or JR Kagoshima Line. Free coffee and udon are provided at certain time and there is an onsen for male customers. What I love was the breakfast provided. It costs only 1000 yen but you can enjoy more than 50 dishes of local Japanese food and they are so yummy as well.

Good value hotel. A convenient base for exploring southern Kagoshima. A bit tired and dated, but good enough. Easy walk from the station and able get bus to the port. Coin operated laundry out the back and across the road!
