Warm welcome from all of the staff. It's a small hotel which provide good food and stay experience at Hakone. Free undercovered car park provided. For lady, you can choose your favorite pattern yukata for the stay. They also provide a full set of good japanese dinner experience. The Hot spring got 5-6 different bath both outdoor and indoor.

We decided to give this place a try since it is just opposite the pub that we had some beers. We ordered miso soup, char siew ramen, grill fish and sake. With no disappointment, they are all good. The environment is pleasant and the staffs are friendly. Price is reasonable.

We arrived really early and the roykan was amazing, they agreed to pick our bags up at the train station which gave us the flexibility to explore the surrounding before check-in. They also agreed to store our bags the next day and drop us off at the train station. They spoke limited english but were very accommodating. We had the best service, the staff were soooo friendly and helpful. We had the lobster and abalone kaiseki and it was honestly the best variety and quantity we were so full by the end of the meal. The traditional breakfast was probably one of my favorite meals in Japan it was wholesome and delicious. The hotspring was really good, there were many bathing pools to choose from. The rooms were big and comfortable. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommended although be warned the price is doesn't come cheap but it was a heavenly experience.
