We only stayed here for one night, as our flight to Tokyo arrived in the early hours of the morning. The staff in reception were very helpful, and there is a machine that makes for easy check-in (I think it was about 2:30am when we checked in!). We slept well and then walked to the nearby Kawasaki station in the morning to board the metro to central Tokyo with our luggage. Very convenient and would recommend as an easy option if you need a stop gap before heading into Tokyo.

The Kawasaki hotel is very competitive with many great places, but this Sotetsu hotel was also a modern and up-to-date hotel, so I recommend it. First of all, the amenities you can choose from are excellent, and you can take newspapers with you. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Maybe the pillow should have been a bit firmer. Also, is the fact that there is a step between the bathroom and the room a negative in today's barrier-free world? You can choose from four different breakfast sets at the cafe below and stay for a different night, and I don't think you'll ever get tired of the large variety of drinks. The front desk is all self-service, so there are almost no opportunities to talk to the staff. I think this is the modern business hotel of the metropolitan area.

In general, I got the impression that it was a cost-effective and convenient hotel. It would be nice if the check-in time was 14:00.
