We booked this hotel for two nights because of its close proximity to Yokohama International cruise port terminal to board on MS Bellissima of MSC cruises ( 17 mins by train). Though hotel is not new but the room and other facilities are well maintained. Room is clean and tidy. Front office staff are very friendly, helpful and speak very good English. They have free coffee, tea and other drinks at the reception area. Over all our stay is very good and pleasant. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

It's easily accessible, just a few minutes walk from Shin-Yokohama Station. Welcome drinks were always available at the front desk. The building is old-fashioned, but the rooms were clean. However, it was inconvenient that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted from each room. It was a shame that the wifi kept cutting out. The breakfast was tasty, although the selection was small. I'd like to stay again if I have the chance.

Kayokichi

I was looking for a hotel near my parents' house, and found one cheap room available, so I decided to stay there right away. I honestly didn't have high expectations because I just wanted to be able to take a bath and sleep, but it was a stylish, clean hotel close to the station. For 5,480 yen, I was very satisfied. As instructed on the website, go up the stairs at Exit 8 of Shin-Yokohama North Exit and there is a guide map on your left, so you can easily find it. If you come from a different exit, you may get lost. The water pressure in the shower is extremely strong, which I personally found good. It was also quick to fill the bathtub. There are many restaurants, izakayas, and convenience stores around the hotel, so you can choose from them all. There is also a ramen museum nearby. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
