This is an older hotel that still uses the old-fashion key for doors. The big PLUS is that it's right across from the Gundam Factory (Yamashita Park parking lot) where the complimentary shuttles to Daikoku Pier was provided to get on our cruise ship. It's not far from Chinatown and the subway station is just a short walk away. Location is perfect for travelers. The one problem was they had check-out time before 10:00AM, which was unusually early. They required additional fees to stay even for an hour later.

Location is very convenience. Not in the city center but walkable to vonvenience store, China Town and major sightseeing apot in Yokohama. The park and sea is neatby. Yokohama tower is opposite. Staffs are kind and helpful as Japanese standard. Room is quite large, clean and comfortable. Wifi is fast. Bathroom is small as usual in Japan. Breakfast is lovely. One bento for each person with all you can eat bread, sausages, omelette and rice. On site parking available with 1000 JPY fee per night. Recommend for all type of guest.

The hotel was like any top hotels but what made this hotel stand out was the staff, not only did they take the time to understand my English, I enjoyed communicating with them. I was going on a cruse and the location of this hotel was close to the pier as well as to Chinatown
