I stayed here while my house was undergoing renovation work. The location is convenient as it is close to the station. As the room was not on the station side, there was no train noise. I don't know if it was a business hotel or a modern Japanese hotel, but housekeeping is only available to those who request it for consecutive stays, and for others, they only change towels. Hmm, somehow, it felt very different from the first hotel in Vietnam I stayed in the previous month in Ho Chi Minh City. Even when I tried to use the humidifier, it was dusty, and when I pulled out a chair, there was lint. The housekeeping staff had a vacuum cleaner, but when I was in a hurry to turn on the water in the bathroom, I made a mistake and water got on my back. Self check-in is fine, but I think it would be good if there were a little more explanation like this.

A nice hotel, clean, and roomy for japanese standards. Good service and staff is very friendly. Very close to Totsuka Station (50-100m). Excellent value for what you get. Totsuka is 15 min. from Yokohama, so close by for all the major attractions.
