Stayed here 2 nights, we really enjoyed the public bath and also they give you yukata for it. The building itself it is a bit old however it does offer what you would expect. Very central located which links you very well to the main attraction of the city. Staff were very friendly but it would be nice if they could speak a better English. Would stay again and recommend.

The hotel personnel were very friendly. They were all accommodating and nice. They spoke little English so we had to pin point things and acted to be able to communicate properly. The room was good, it has separate small spaces/rooms for bathing and using toilet. They have a common bathroom too which you can use if you want to experience sauna. The roommaids arranging the tatami beds and serving the breakfast for us were very nice. The location was good since it's near the subway and the food resto/convenience stores were also just a few steps away. The price was cheaper than any other hotels. And what we paid for was really worth the price! I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

We accidentally made a mistake and reserved our room for the week before our trip. We didn't even realize the mistake until we had gotten to the hotel. The hotel staff were very understanding, and not only did they let us book a room last minute, they even let us use some of the money from our previous reservation toward our new reservation, saving us some money. The room was clean and spacious, and the Japanese style bath was so nice after a long, cold day. Definitely a good experience all around.
