Great location with a train stop less than a block from the entrance. Starbucks in the lobby was a plus! Would definitely stay there again because of the convenience.

I don't know how the double rooms will be the singles are saddest good thing it didn't weigh much that I don't know how a slightly thick person sleep in this room is a box that gives the wall of another building broken things old smelly in the hallways in the room I could do something so that it didn't smell so bad , breakfasts nothing special as not to repeat sad.

Karasuma Kyoto Hotel was a very clean and comfortable hotel with a slightly nostalgic and classic atmosphere. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around Kyoto, which made the stay much easier and enjoyable 🚶‍♀️✨ The hotel itself felt well maintained, and overall it was a pleasant place to stay. However, the services were quite basic and not very high level. There was no complimentary bottled water or coffee in the room, only tea was provided. Also, if you wanted to watch movies on the TV, you needed to purchase a separate card, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel at all — it’s clean, comfortable, and has a great location. The service is more simple than luxury, but for the price and location, it’s still a good option for staying in Kyoto 🌸
