Grand Mercure Ise-shima Resort & Spa

Stay consecutively on consecutive holidays in March. Hotels that don't understand the hotel business. I'm not sure where to park without being directed to the car park. I can forgive this much, but despite having only three elevators, I can comfortably accommodate 1,000 people. As a result, despite reservations, guests on floors 5 to 8 can't board the meal, only because of the packed elevators. I went down the stairs. When we got to the venue, it was full and we had to eat in another hall, a little distance from the one where we were serving food. Of course, it's easy to imagine how difficult it is to eat. At the reception desk at the venue, there was only one word: the seats were open. As for the room, I stayed in a Japanese-Western room, and the shikibuton was thinner than the zabuton. My son is in a mood to give up, thinking there must be some mistake. I have to set the sheets myself for both the kakefuton and the laying futon, but this was my first time to set the whole kakefuton sheet. What was even more surprising was that there was no reserve on the toilet paper in the room. Sure enough, I was worried about running out of tissue paper and toilet paper, since I've been staying for a long time, so I asked to refill it, but I must have figured out that I couldn't get on the elevator, so I was astonished by the response to the request to come to the front desk to get it. By the way, during consecutive nights, you will change towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, etc., but not your pyjamas. The cleaning and serving staff at the dinner and breakfast venues are polite, but the hotel front desk is just one thing. This time, I stayed for 25,000 yen per person per night, but although it is all-inclusive, the cost performance is not good considering that for the same price, you get two meal buffets from top hotels. To put it bluntly, this hotel is limited to use during the off-season on weekdays.

Fantastic stay, arigato gozaimasu to Mr. Yasu who speak in English for me and give detailed information about the hotel. I like the room which is view Matoya Bridge and Matoya Bay. Breakfast was good but the dinner was more attractive, there is baby abalone and matsusaka beef also fresh seafood on the buffet. I did really enjoy my stay for this all inclusive stay. I will definitely come back again in the future.

My family stayed there for two days and one night, starting Friday. There was a drink bar, snacks and sweets until 6pm, and the kids seemed to enjoy ramune and gummy. I was able to have a beer too! Beer is served until 6 o'clock, but it was delicious. The open-air bath was also good! The buffet was also very good, with lots of items, although time is better to think about as there are many people!
