It is located right outside the less prosperous exit of Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station. It's about a 1-2 minute walk across the main street, so I think the location is great. On the other hand, there are few restaurants around the hotel, so you have to go in the opposite direction from the nearest ticket gate, which is a bit inconvenient if you want to eat or drink. Also, was this only the case in the room I stayed in? The bathtub in the unit bath tapers off, so you can't expect to fill it with hot water and soak in it. You can only stand up to take a shower, so if that's okay, it's fine.
