Rooms smell so badly of cigarette smoke it burns your eyes, you will have to wash everything you own when you leave. Worst I have ever experienced You get a single pillow and they charge a daily fee for a second one. Reasonable location Unhelpful reception staff

Judging from the exterior, I imagined the interior would be clean as well, but the equipment was old. The temperature in the bathroom was difficult to adjust, and in order to get hot water from the washlet, you have to drain the water first and hold down the lever. I can tolerate the water stains, but I think it would be better if it was kept a little cleaner. I also thought it would be better if there were no side tables so the room could be used more spaciously. It is close to Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station and there are many convenience stores and restaurants, so it is very convenient, but the closet is small so it is not suitable for consecutive stays.

I understand the room qualities and space in Japan is very limited but this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! Every room absolutely stinks of smoke even after the cleaners have aired out the room they are still so stale! The rooms in size are absolutely tiny , there is no space to even open your suitcase up without blocking the door! The WiFi signal is average at best and my room wasn’t covered at all (room 715)! The pillows are rock hard and you have a tiny single bed! Hardly any electrical outlets in the room as well! The bathrooms are tiny as well and stink of sewers! Breakfast choice is great if your a local terrible if you are a westerner! I would not recommend staying here at all
