Clean, functional, close to train station. Stayed one night. I got larger room, and it was decent size. Bathroom was tiny though. Slippers were provided. Rate was only just over 10k yen, bargain compared to Tokyo and Osaka hotels. Our train back to Myazaki airport was early in the morning so I cannot comment on breakfast.

We stayed here for one night during our roadtrip in Kyushu. Room: the room was an average good hotel room as expected. Service: the staff was friendly especially at breakfast. Location: the hotel is in the city centre but also has a big parking lot, which is one of the main reasons we choose this hotel.

Route Inn has small rooms, regular dimensions for Japanese standards, but it is very practical. Situated at just 2 min walking distance from Nobeoka train station and 1 min from a convenience store. Rooms has sufficient amenities and is quite practice but bed is not that comfortable and I would stay for longer than 2 nights. Hotel has vending machines, microwave and 24/7 helpful reception speaking some English. There are public bath as well and a relaxing area. Breakfast is served from 6:45 to 9, restaurant offers typical Japanese food.
