It takes 3 minutes from Tsu Station East Exit. It's up to the 9th floor, but it's quite stressful with just one elevator. The rooms are large. The window opens. But I don't know if it was a build-up problem, but it was cold even when I turned on the heater. I didn't think Mie Prefecture was that cold. Breakfast is a light breakfast with curry, wieners and scrambled eggs. I was surprised at the laundromat. Laundry costs 400 yen and drying costs 200 yen in 30 minutes, twice the price of a regular business hotel. Parking is also available for a fee. Convenience stores take a few minutes to walk. At this rate of air conditioning, it's going to be a pretty hot room in summer. If the room price is low, that's no use, but this is a bit.

This business hotel is one of the Green Hotels Group hotels which has its origin in near-by Yokkaichi. The hotel is focused on providing a cozy comfortable sleeping rooms - no frills. There are shops (24 hours open convenience stores) and restaurants / drinking places and you can go around to find out something interesting. The location is good - just in front of the JR Tsu Station (2 min. walk). As it is not facing to the main street rooms are quiet. Room rate is quite competitive - do make booking from their own web-site. Room rate includes simple breakfast and free tea/coffee service upon your arrival. If one is looking for just a good place to sleep, this is it!! Those who are arriving by car, parking space is limited (there are public parking around though). So be aware. Reception is working around the clock (24 hours a day 7 days a week)!

We chose this hotel based on what Agoda listing said as 'on-site parking available'. When we turned up, we were told that there were no more parks and we needed to go and find a park nearby. Agoda site didn't mention that there is a charge for the use of their parking and the parking is limited to first 20 vehicles. We suggested they need to update their information otherwise there will be more disappointed travellers like us. Public parking in Japan is confusing especially if one doesn't know the language. The room was clean and comfy. Free breakfast offered wide range of western and Japanese food items and nice coffee. Handy place to stay. Very close to the station.
