Lovely accomodation . Very sweet hosts . Ten course meal for dinner . Tucked away in a quiet area away from the city but easily accessible by bus . Lovely onsen plus bath in the rooms . Felt very welcome here . Room is spacious and whole environment very peaceful

The three of us stayed there when we traveled to Matsumoto for New Year's. The building is old, but the inside is clean and dignified. There are two large public baths, one with a small open-air bath and the other named "Kiku no Yu", but "Kiku no Yu" with the stone with the chrysanthemum crest in the bath was very easy to spend. There was also a Hinoki-made indoor bath in the room, where I enjoyed the hot springs comfortably. As it was New Year, we were served Osechi-style food. Each item was carefully made and the drinks were all very delicious and I just kept going. We had both dinner and breakfast in a private room, but the staff were often helpful and it was a wonderful time. It was a very satisfying inn. There are many stairs, so I think it's a good idea to choose a room based on the age of the guest.

Upon arrival, we received a pleasant greeting, which blew away the fatigue of the long drive. The building is old, but has a certain charm, and the room was well-cleaned and clean. The food was also a very satisfying amount, and each piece was of high quality and delicious, so we ate it all. The bath was also clean and relaxing. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I used to go to hot springs once or twice a month, but recently I've been going about once every two months, so I try to make up for it by going to the places I most want to go. As expected, it takes almost six hours by car, so it's difficult to go, but I received many smiles and relaxing times that make me want to go again. I'm glad I went. Thank you very much.
