The facility is wonderful. The hot spring was like something out of a painting, an unforgettable experience. The foreign male staff member's response was warm and healing. Finally, the young female staff member's service when I had a wonderful experience was disappointing starting from the next morning's breakfast. When checking out and leaving the facility, "Did you return the key?" When I told them that I had already paid, there was no "thank you" or escort out. It was unpleasant and ruined it all at once. This is an unacceptable response for an inn where you pay nearly 100,000 yen. I think you have inherited a wonderful facility from the former proprietress. The response from the other kind staff members was ruined by one person's response. I have a hot spring. I am truly disappointed, so I am writing to ask for improvements.

We stayed with our family, including our 3-year-old child. I was worried that it would be too difficult for children to stay at the hotel, and that our children would be a nuisance, but we were very grateful that children were welcome. The room was spacious and the drinks in the refrigerator (beer, tea, juice) were free. The room was not cold and was a comfortable temperature. When you soak in the bathtub, your body warms up from the inside, so you don't feel particularly cold. The meals consisted of wild vegetables and country cuisine, so I was worried about whether they would suit my taste, but they were all delicious. Even the wild vegetables that I don't usually like were deliciously cooked and very tasty. I was also happy to see the little thoughtful touch of the flowers picked that day garnished the sake (sake tasting). It was very helpful that the children were served rice and miso soup for breakfast and dinner. The hot spring rice porridge for breakfast was delicious. The bath was, needless to say, the best. The milky white bathtub and the pleasant sulfur scent felt luxurious. There is also a diaper changing station in the large communal bath, so it is safe for families with children. The open-air bath can be rented for private use for 30 minutes free of charge. Unfortunately it was raining, but bathing with a hat on was a memorable experience. It was a wonderful inn that was also child-friendly. I would definitely like to visit again.

Location in the valley, it is quiet and peaceful. The services is great even if we have language barrier. The dinner is Japanese style, well served and presented. The onsen is located outside and it is so tempting. It is a memorable stay.
