First time using it. I stayed here with a spacious room for 3 people. We arrived at night, and although the shuttle bus was no longer in service, it was helpful to call the front desk from the waiting area to pick us up. Breakfast was reservable and the contents were good. There was no glamour, but I was able to stay quiet. One regret was that the middle bed seemed to use an extra bed, even though it was a triple room from the beginning, which made sleeping very uncomfortable and hurt my back. It was so uncomfortable that the family members who had lost the game of rock-paper-scissors took turns sleeping. That's how hard it was. It was a shame because I didn't think they had an extra bed, even though it was originally a triple room.

2024/8/4 Weather clear Steamy and hot day We also stayed at Hotel Hardenburgh. Check in at 15:00, sweat, have dinner from 17:30 and check the viewing area in preparation for fireworks viewing. The aim this time is a fireworks display in Huis Ten Bosch. The launch was a fireworks display condensed into 15 minutes (20:30-20:45). You could see it from the viewing area in front of the main entrance of Hotel Hardenburgh. It was more powerful than watching it from the room and it was great.

At night, when I sleep, I hear bells in the distance. I woke up, opened the door to my room and there was an emergency bell in the hallway. The staff came teh-teh-teh unhurriedly, checked the scene (?), and teh-teh again. The bell keeps ringing. When I called the front desk, they said they got an alert on the seventh floor. I stayed on the 6th floor and the 7th floor of this hotel is only accessible by stairs from the 6th floor. I heard the bell ringing on the other end of the phone. After a while, the staff and the security guard came and tried to get into the room, which was typical of the scene, and left (not explaining anything to the guests who were out of the room because they were curious). I called the front desk again and checked and they said it had not been restored yet. Everyone is anxious, so I told them to explain the situation. A security guard then trotted through the hallway, leaving the room and asking vacationers to stay in their rooms. On the way, a voice (a recorded female voice from fire equipment?) comes from the emergency bell.They were saying something, but I couldn't hear them in the room. Five or six security guards came and finally got a look at the scene and said it was a false alarm. The disturbance was later brought to an end by an in-house broadcast that could be heard in the room. As it turns out, The first staff member comes to the scene without any sense of crisis and without any means of communication such as a mobile phone, does nothing and turns back. Not providing information to guests, etc. I was worried that evacuation drills were being conducted properly on a daily basis.
