Location of hotel is very good. Buffet Breakfast at the hotel was scrumptious. There is a side gate at the hotel that offers easy access to the park. I went there during Japan's golden week but it was not overly crowded as the park is quite big. Nice cool weather on my second day. Had a great dinner at the restaurant near the harbour area called Red Lobster. Highly recommended.

This trip is mainly in Huis Ten Bosch, so naturally I stayed at a nearby hotel. It is customary for each person to stay in a room, but the price is high in the park and we decided to use JAL travel vouchers. I'm glad the hotel was calm with few people. The electronic lock safe in one room was disabled due to a problem, but there was another room, so nothing happened. The room was normal, but it was a pity that the mirror of the bathroom in the room was coming off. The bedding was comfortable. I was heading to the front desk to use my travel voucher when I checked out, but a foreign staff member half-forcefully led me to an automatic check-out machine. I told him I wanted to use my travel ticket, but he didn't know what I meant, so I ended up going back to the front desk because I couldn't use the automatic check-out machine. The luggage storage system after check-out looked like a rotating parking lot. A hotel for people who are particular about JAL, for better or worse.

The employees greet us with smiles and feel comfortable. Except the men at the front desk. I didn't know that the hotel's breakfast buffet parking was free for three hours, so I parked it back in the Huis Ten Bosch parking lot, so I paid for the unnecessary parking even though I stayed there. It was unfortunate that there was no explanation at the time of the Viking reservation.
