Grand Mercure Nara Kashihara

It is a hotel of big fans that we use all over Japan. I'm always happy with the staff, the food, the hot springs. Thank you very much. However, during my stay last month, I had a very unfortunate response at dinner, even though it was my first opportunity, and I lost the feeling of using it in the future. I enjoyed the dinner buffet deliciously, We've broken the dishes inadvertently. Immediately, the male staff by my side were kinder to me, and then a female staff member with cleaning equipment showed up and cleaned up quickly. And this female staff member said, "Are you hurt?" I was told, "I'm not sure what to do with it," but the words were not warm, it was clerical, and the line of sight that passed through the mask was very cold, and it became very difficult to be there after that. It is true that the female staff (I don't know her name, but when I asked her how she was doing, she was called M-ko-san by the other staff) was acting taut and maybe she was right. It's just that we, as a couple, are not looking for correctness or anything like that, but for a service that is at its core warm. To be honest, it was quite a shock. Every time the woman came near me, both the couple were kind of tense during the meal. It also stopped tasting. I apologize again for breaking the dishes. Close to kintetsu station Kashihara Jingu-mae, room was good and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, two dishes I liked was Nara dumplings and desert pudding. Will be back again next time

I visited Nara Park during the autumn foliage season. Healed by cute deer, we moved to Kashihara in the afternoon It is a very large hotel in white just off Kashihara Jingumae Station. It's all-inclusive and you can have a drink in the lounge during the day (which is like a cafeteria, though :) If you have time, you can also enjoy making frames and coasters. There are also hot springs in the public baths underground, so you can relax slowly. The people at the hotel are calm and very kind. The staff at the breakfast venue in particular looked at the whole venue and were very impressed. There is a rental bicycle shop right next to the hotel, so it is recommended to rent an electric bike and stroll around Asuka Village on sunny days.
