Hotel Breezebay Marina

This time, I stayed with my pet for three consecutive nights. When we arrived, there was no pick-up from the staff at all, there was a lot of luggage, so I got out of the car and asked the staff nearby who brought the baggage cart, but you can do the rest yourself! After that, when I asked where the parking was, I said, "It's across the street," without even showing them around. And. I stayed in Allamanda the year before last and the service was so good that I decided to stay in Breeze Bay, which belongs to the same family, but I was discouraged from the beginning. When I entered the room, I cleaned it, but the smell of the previous pet was quite unpleasant. Also, every time I flushed the washroom, the sound of the drain was banging loud. And, in the extreme, there was an incident where this went past disappointment and felt like anger. I booked dinner for the third day at Hotel Allamanda at 7am at Maralunga, so I thought I would be late, so I stopped by the front desk before I left that morning and asked to be picked up and dropped off because I had a pet. I was relieved to go out and wait at the hotel entrance at the time I was supposed to go back to the hotel, but when I arrived at 18:55 there was no car, so I checked with the man at the front desk, but it didn't appear to be on the reservation list, and this one was running out! If you say so, call a taxi and come here. And. I said, "It's free, isn't it?" "And I said, ""No, it costs money.""" And. I was told that if I had pets with me to get between those hotels, I wouldn't be able to use the free bus, so I had to go out of my way to book a car in the morning to pick me up." And. "Uh, was that your ride?" And. This was a morning reservation, but it was a mistake on the part of the hotel, but there was no word of apology, and it was handled too badly. I really regretted staying here. Does the boss share information properly about such mistakes? I thought that once we discussed the basics of customer service, such as reporting, contacting, and confirming, everyone would feel good about staying. The breakfast buffet had a nice view and was delicious, so I left the hotel a little disappointed and stayed at the Mirage the next day.

Above all, it was the greatest merit that a family of four people could rent a room with four beds. With two very roaming sons and four of them on a small hotel bed, you don't even sleep. I used one large bed with my husband, each, and the kids were swinging upstairs and downstairs, so I loved it and I was too comfortable. There are not many types of breakfast buffet, but we only ate properly. The hotel is mainly from Japanese people and is tailored to Japanese tastes, so it is not very stimulating or feeling, but rather comfortable and nice. The hotel staff did not speak English well, but the translator came back and responded kindly, and there was a Korean staff at the front, so the check-in was very convenient ^^ The pool is small, and the connected beaches are very small, but there are many beaches nearby, so I didn't care much.

The attention to our guests was the worst. Because the general guests and the school trip students were staying on the same floor - running loudly through the corridors until the students went out, talking, making noise, and being in the room was the worst. At the time of booking, we didn't teach the school trip students to stay next door to each other, and we didn't teach them at check-in, and two days later, in the evening, more than 100 students suddenly checked in, and the lobby was filled with students, and the worst because of the students running and fussing like school hallways. I spent the night complaining to the front desk and leaving them alone without hearing anything. I was baffled by the answer that I had reported it to the manager when I pointed it out at checkout. If I was aware of the situation and there was no apology, there was no response, and if I had known beforehand that it would be the same floor as the school trip students, I would not have chosen this hotel. I asked why there were so many students coming and going in front of the room, and the teacher's room was on the same floor as the hallway where the students were going to the cafeteria, so the students were always hanging around. I will never use this hotel again. Here's some advice for those staying in the future. I think it's better to check in advance if the school trip students will be staying together.
