Kanucha Bay Hotel & Villas

I was worried before I went because I was terrible at handling bookings and inquiries. When I went there, the staff responded well, and the restaurant and cleaning staff responded rather favorably. Some shop staff and maintenance staff, like those at the time of the inquiry, were approximately unsuitable for customers. I made it a Jacuzzi room (with jet bath). I had the maintenance staff come because the jet stream comes out but the bubble doesn't. "That?" "Why not?" After tinkering with things, I said, "Here's the specification. There's no air.' That's what I was told. The air vents are fixed hard and seem to be unusable to prevent failure. * Can we really call it a jet bath...At least I've been in the Jacuzzi many times in the same type, but it was the first time I didn't get a bubble. The room was old enough that it was well made and boarded up rather than carpeted, which was nice and clean for a child. Bette was also Simmons and was comfortable to sleep in, but the thinness was much thicker and I asked her to replace it, but she replied, "As people often say, this is all I have to offer (wry smile)" If they say it's time to consider alternatives. The cleaning is not detailed. Veranda drains and corners of rooms were marked by slimy and dusty Amenities are inferior compared to Okinawan hotels It was a pity that they had the same lineup as business hotels. I have a carted plan, but I think carts are required There are buses circulating throughout the building, but the building is widely distributed throughout the facility. Many times I saw a family waiting for a bus with bright red faces in the heat There are few beach chairs by the pool, and families who come early usually leave their belongings and go slowly and there is no room There are no paid seats or cabanas, so you have no choice but to leave your belongings on the lawn The food was reasonably good everywhere. Okinawan local foods are also available, and can be enjoyed by adults and children alike The terrace of the Buffet breakfast venue is also comfortable to relax with a view of the spacious pool There are many foreign staff, but everyone was nice to me In summary, families with kids as young as elementary school can enjoy Not suitable for those who want to spend time in adult main The customer base was like the above

It was a blast to drive a special cart around the resort!! The pool and the sea were great, but I was mesmerized by the concept of living in harmony with the Okinawan nature of my room!! I want to go to Golden Week every year!

Christmas lights are also very fantastic I was able to taste the extraordinary. Even if I had kids, the service was good, and I was refreshed by all the things they did for me.
