Quiet well situated hotel next to a Ryubu mall and Kokusai shopping street, close walking distance to monorail or bus stop. The room is small but efficiently designed. Mine featured a small seating area for 2. Downstairs you can request a bathrobe and slippers. Free daily breakfast, a modest spread of western and Japanese breakfast staples. Staff was polite and welcoming. TV only has local channels. In the lobby the coffee and hot water machine are available at all time. Limited seating for breakfast, so it’s better to arrive a bit later to avoid the crowds.

It's been a while. I was using this hotel when it opened. It is a short walk from Kenchomae Station and Kokusai Dori. Convenience stores are convenient right in front of you. Breakfast is free of charge, but the accommodation is reasonable and recommended. The rooms are small because they are business hotels, but they are clean and perfect. I highly recommend it if you use it for work.

I used a single room on December 13. It was a reservation made through the airline website, but it was much cheaper than the reservation price on the website. The mention that the home site is cheap is a complete lie, so booking from travel agencies and other websites is a great deal. It was nice to have a desk and a small sofa, which were convenient for desk work, meals, etc. Breakfast was available free of charge, but the number of items was small and there were no rice bowls, so I asked the staff and they said it was inconvenient to put it on a large space on a plate. The location is close to the Yui Rail station and next to a large department store.
