There are 3 places with the same harbour view in their name so I was lost and waiting at the wrong one for a long time. Nobody was anywhere so I could not ask until I wandered and discover the harbour view hotel who phone the place I was to go to and somebody came to show me. Then the manager came and showed me which room. No harbour view and very concrety building with no character at all. I felt I was in a cheap slum apartment so not a very enjoyable night. Changed to another hotel for the next night.

This was an amazing experience during our 8-day stay in August, 2019. The staff is so helpful, the apartment was clean and big enough for the 3 of us. Nice panorama from the balcony and it was so nice to have a washer during our weekly stay. A/C was a little messy from time to time, but they offered us an option to switch to another room in order to have it fixed. Very good location, close to almost anything in Naha. The check in with Sun was extremely easy and he was so helpful to answer all our questions. Even to book a tour for us in japanese over the phone. Did I mention that the whole crew there speak very good english? Which was of great surprise, especially after Tokyo, where it was difficult to communicate in english. Well, the rooms might be touched up a bit, especially the bathroom, but the cost was decent so no complains for us. Thank you guys for the great stay we had with you. Hope to be back one day.

I got a one-room apartment in this complex, larger than the standard Japanese ones. There is a small but very functional kitchen, a Western-style bathroom, and a large room with balcony. You get a great deal of autonomy in this place, but the location is a bit inconvenient. I would say it's great if you go there by car or motorcycle (they offer parking). In any case, restaurants and convenience stores are not far away. I do not have any complaints, except the room was quite noisy: the window offers zero insulation, in terms of sound, light, and heat, so don't plan of oversleeping too much and turn on the AC.
