We stayed for three nights in April 2026. The location was good and the fact that there are restaurants and convenience stores in the surrounding area was convenient. On the other hand, there was a pretty strong smell in the guest room bathroom, and the humidity and condensation were terrible. I found a lot of mold in the bathroom and the deodorant spray provided did not improve it. I tried wiping it myself and it had little effect. For this reason, we prioritized the use of shared bathrooms in the facility. Furthermore, when I filled the bathtub with hot water and drained it after bathing, it ran back down the drain and flooded the bathroom floor. When I contacted the hotel after my stay, they responded that they had confirmed that the bathroom was not able to handle mold and odor, and that hair and other substances had accumulated inside the drain hose. However, while there was an apology, there was no announcement of a refund or reduction. I think the standing ground is a good hotel, but I felt the total negative because of the hygiene and water-related problems this time.

We stayed at Hotel Mystays Premier Dojima for 2 nights. We arrived from Kyoto around 11am and left our luggage at the reception and went out exploring. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Osaka Station. The reception is on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is included. You need to order it the night before. Very limited options but they tasted good. We got the yogurt and croissants for our first morning, and liked it. When we ordered the next morning's breakfast we were told yogurt/croissants was sold out. We had to go with sandwiches (unfortunately no vegetarian options). Our room had the 3 beds requested, and everything else needed. There were no complimentary bottles of water like we had at other hotels. Though our stay was fine, I will try to stay even closer to the station next time. Ten minutes may not sound like much but after a long day of exploring, it matters. You have to cross a major street, and multiple other streets to get to the hotel.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This hotel is trying to charge me extra money! I paid the reservation online with all the taxes and municipal fees on included and then in the moment of check out they said I MUST pay more money otherwise I can't check in. DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL.
