When I returned to the hotel, there was a female employee at the reception, and I was surprised when she completely ignored me as I walked past. I was just standing at the reception without doing anything, and I was surprised that there was no greeting; it was a first-time experience. If the check-in and check-out are done by machine, and you're just staring straight ahead without doing anything, wouldn't it have been better to stay in the back? And even though they are standing there, without any greetings or eye contact, is it safe from a security perspective? Everyone who was cleaning the guest rooms or sweeping outside greeted me pleasantly. I don't know if they are greeting specific people or if it's the same treatment for everyone, but I think a greeting would be nice. The room smelled strongly of smoke, like I was at a karaoke bar. I am grateful that you made me realize how much satisfaction can change with just one interaction at the hotel front desk. Thank you for everything.

宿泊する方によって利用しやすさの判断がくっきり分かれるホテルだと思います。 鉄道の最寄り駅は『中之島駅』ですが、大阪駅や新大阪駅といった主要駅へ直通する鉄道路線ではありません（主要駅に行くには、1回以上の乗り換えが必要となり、場合により遠回りになる可能性があります）。ホテルの目の前にバス停があり、運行されるバスは大阪駅へ行くものの、1時間に2本程度と本数はそれ程多くありません。交通の便があまり良くないのに加え、周辺には飲食店も少なく、ホテルがある建物の1階にコンビニエンスストアがあるものの24時間営業ではありません。 一方、そのような環境からかホテル内も外側も大阪市街地の喧騒から遠く、夜間は静かに過ごすことが出来ます。また（予約のタイミングに依るのかもしれませんが）リーズナブルな宿泊費用となっています。多少の不便さに目をつぶってでも静かな環境で過ごしたい、という方には最適なホテルだと思いますが、アクセス・食事場所・食料や日用品の調達の面からすると不便さが感じられるホテルだと思います。 とは言え、ホテル自体は特に申し分なく、清潔に保たれているのは言わずもがなです。部屋はやや狭いですが、大きなスーツケース1つを広げる程度の床面積はあると思います。バスルームも同様にやや狭く、窮屈な印象は否めません。スタッフの接客対応は程よい距離感でそつなく丁寧な接客だったと思います。 This is a hotel whose convenience will be judged very differently depending on the type of traveler. The nearest train station is Nakanoshima Station; however, it's not on a direct line to major hubs such as Osaka Station or Shin-Osaka Station. Reaching those major stations requires at least one transfer and, depending on the route, may involve a detour. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and buses do go to Osaka Station, but service is limited to about two buses per hour. In addition to the relatively poor transport access, there are few restaurants in the surrounding area. Although there is a convenience store on the first floor of the same building as the hotel, it's not open 24 hours. On the other hand, perhaps because of this location, both the hotel interior and the surrounding area are far removed from the noise and bustle of central Osaka, allowing guests to enjoy a quiet stay, especially at night. Accommodation rates are also reasonable, possibly depending on the timing of the reservation. For travelers who prioritize a calm and peaceful environment and are willing to accept some inconvenience, this hotel can be an excellent choice. However, those who value easy access, dining options, or convenient access to food and daily necessities may find the location inconvenient. That said, the hotel itself is perfectly satisfactory. It's clean and well maintained. Guest rooms are somewhat small, but there is enough floor space to open and use one large suitcase. The bathroom is also compact and may feel a bit cramped. The staff's service was polite, professional, and attentive, with a comfortable sense of distance that did not feel intrusive.

I wouldn't even know where to start. Definitely from the pillows. Since I don't like the Japanese style (with grains of plastic inside and flat) cause I feel it hard, I asked if it was possible to have another softer and taller pillow. The staff then took another identical pillow and while stuffing it into the pillowcase, let it touch the floor. When I pointed this out to him, the attendant didn't change the pillowcase but simply gave it a slap with his hands to clean it up. In the evening I couldn't use the Wi-Fi as the signal was very weak. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the hard pillows and the walls that were thin like paper. At 5:30 the sound of an alarm from the next door room woke me up and it went for over 10 minutes because of the snooze. Around 6:00 AM a middle school baseball team was very noisy outside my room keeping me awake for a long time. And finally, the craziest thing that ever happened to me: a customer opened my room door with his key card at 7:00 AM. I asked at reception how this could happen and they told me that the keys open every door. So, is it that easy to get into any room? In the end I asked for a refund for one night and it was granted. I honestly don't recommend it even to my worst enemy.
