I stayed alone on a business trip. It's a bit hard to tell because it's on a narrow road, but it's very accessible by the train station and the shopping street. The front desk staff also explained it carefully. The room is small with the image of a minimum. However, it was inconvenient because the charger on my phone did not plug into the bedside and I could only use the outlet on the opposite wall. I didn't go into the public bath or sauna, but it was mentioned that hot springs also come out from the shower in my room. If you are staying alone, I will consider it again.

The location is close from Namba station. It is very practical since we arrived through Shin-Osaka station, just one ride. It is also just walking distance to dotombori through a shopping arcade with many stores and restaurants. The staffs were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean. It supposed to be a flawless experience till the smell of cigarette smokes almost ruined it. They tried to give some solutions but it was only until the second day that we can get another room. It was little bit disappointing but I think they had tried their best except that they should really did something to the source if that smoke.

In more than forty countries, it was the first hotel that did not accept luggage storage after check-out. This fact caused great inconvenience on the last day. Luckily we found spaces in the metro station locker. In any case, we waste time and money on this. I wouldn't stay there again.
