It's a rather cospy hotel ... it seems like a clumsy move, but it's unsatisfied me, who stays 50 nights a year. As usual, good points (1) Rooms are renovated and hygienic (2) Elevator halls have disinfectant (3) Flat parking is close (4) We can walk to Lake Hamana main sightseeing facilities. Next bad point (1) Shops but almost no drinks, no snacks * Convenience store is a minute walk away, perhaps (2) Room amenities are nothing but toothbrushes, lotion, etc. * Paper towels, no tabi (3) Cold water service (4) I left the room in the morning, but the room manager didn't greet me all the time at the linen room entrance (5) Breakfast, all the stuff I could make and white rice is petty, etc., which is not very good but there is no service level above 20,000 yen per person. Customer service level, amenity level, meal level... I've stayed here a lot, but if you want to keep the hotel alive, study.

Even though it was just a one-day bath, they showed me all the way to the public bath. We used this hotel for our company's year-end party. At this time of year, many companies use the hotel for year-end parties, and the lobby was crowded with people. There were three rooms, smoking and non-smoking. We didn't go to the large public bath, but the bath in the room was clean. We ate in the dining area instead of the banquet hall because there were only a few people. Since it was a dining area, it was nice that the maid came right away when we called her. I was surprised that the banquet food was one plate of boiled golden eye per person. There was so much to eat that we couldn't drink much, even though it was all-you-can-drink. I was happy that we could have as much rice as we wanted at breakfast. I thought the non-smoking rooms were larger. I'd like to come again next year if there is another time.
