Ohito Hotel

We stayed overnight in a group of seven this evening. It was a double typhoon, but it was quite crowded. My room was on the south side of the 7th floor, let alone rainy, so I was sorry I couldn't see Mt. The all-you-can-drink buffet for dinner was good. Eating in a yukata required attention, as the sleeves caught on the upper back of the chair and touched the food. The open-air bath was small and unsatisfactory. Fujimi's footbath was nice with towels. The shared karaoke room on the B1F was large and could be used in a reserved condition. Maybe it's a hole. Facilities in the rooms include 3-point unit bath, TV, central air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, safety deposit box. Amenities in the rooms include tea, tea candy, toothbrush, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner. Bath amenities include body soap, shampoo, conditioner, razor, comb, cotton swab. Cold water service available. The staff were very responsive.

This time it was the top floor of the room on the Mt. Fuji was not visible due to cloudy weather, but the night view was beautiful. The staff were very nice. I think there was a little less variety of dinner. The air conditioning at the Viking venue was so good that it was cold. One of the fun things about staying at the Itoen Group is free karaoke, but this was the first time that Oni had to be reserved (1,100 yen for 50 minutes). It was free for those who shared it with others....

Worst view of all time. The website showcases photos of Mt Fuji from the room category we reserved, but upon checking in, we were assigned a room with a view of a brick wall. The hotel was fully booked, so we had no choice but to stay in the room we were given. Actually, there are 9 rooms in the category we booked and only our room had no view of Mt Fuji. Izutsu 井筒 is the name of the room that you should not accept. The manager admitted that they have had complaints previously about the room, but they still fail to be truthful about the situation when advertising the room. We will never stay here again.
