Well-maintained hotel, clean, and efficient staff. Small but comfortable rooms. Excellent onsen and spa complex with a view of Fuji (indoor and outdoor hot tubs, cold tub, and sauna), equipped with every body care product. Manga available to read, vending machines for drinks and food, free ice cream and probiotics every day, and from 9:30 PM you can eat free ramen in broth. A free massage chair station and a free coffee, hot and cold tea dispenser. Great location for both the station and exploring the city center. Highly recommended

Quite a basic hotel but has every you want. Cleanliness, good service, near to train station, decent number of restaurants or cafes around, our room was quite big and during good weather a view of Mt Fuji. They also provide free noodle for supper . Very good stay for us.

The hotel is located quite near Mishima station. View from the room is Fuji mountain. There is the onsen on the rooftop with Fuji view. Message chairs and icecream are provided on the top floor in the afternoon and evening wgich would be drinking yokurt in the morning. Breakfast is absolutely good, varieties and tasty. After 9 pm the hotel provide free noodle. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Staffs are kind and helpful. Parking is available with 500 JPY charge.
