Kishu Tetsudo Atami Hotel

We spent one night at this hotel in Atami and enjoyed sightseeing, onsen, and Japanese cuisines. The hotel is old but it provided us very good onsen facility, wide room with oceanic view, and excellent Japanese cuisines for dinner and breakfast. Staffs were attentive. It was value for price. Only problem was difficult to access due to narrow road and slopes. If you value for internet, then difficult to connect.

格安とはいえ、古くても掃除してあればまだ清潔感があり我慢できますが、髪の毛だらけの畳、ベタベタな電話、ホコリだらけの部屋。ムリでした。着いて1時間で帰りました。 The worst hotel Ive ever stayed. Moldy and dusty all the way and the tatami floor wasnt even vacuumed i could see so much hair on the floor. The phone was too sticky too. Just really filthy. I could take it if it was well taken care of even it's an old hotel. But maaaan they dont even keep it clean and it's probably 50years old or something... We left 1 hour after arriving. No way we could stay any longer.
