Bathroom very limited in terms of hygiene: limescale everywhere with mold. Tape on electrical wires. Very mediocre meal except for the crab. Wallpaper in poor condition in the room. I do not recommend it at all. Nothing to do with a ryokan except for the futons and the floor slats.

Since it is a Chinese inbound hotel, I didn't have high expectations, but the customers were terrible, rather than the staff. On the day, I was with Chinese tourists (pronounced with a rolled tongue), and they brought their slippers into the hotel bath and spit on the floor, which was the worst. They brought their slippers into the bath as a group, so it was dirty, but even when I warned them, they didn't care. There were no staff patrolling the bath, so they were free to do whatever they wanted, and I couldn't enjoy the bath. I was with some Taiwanese people, and it seems that the Chinese tourists clearly didn't think that what they did was wrong. Also, breakfast was not a style where you specify the number of people and move to a place, but you can enter and exit freely without being checked, so it was very crowded at breakfast from 7am, as it quickly filled up with people. I went with my child, and the Chinese tour guests' manners were bad (yelling loudly, standing close to people, putting trash on the table and not cleaning it up), and my child was surprised. The hotel staff did not warn them, and the situation was as it was, so I was a little depressed. This hotel is located outside of residential areas, but it is a 30-minute walk to the nearest convenience store. There is a convenience store in the hotel, but there are not many items for sale, and the change quickly runs out and the staff had to go to the nearest currency exchange machine, so I think they should consider selling more items and accepting cash. The hotel also has WIFI and it is set up on each floor, but the Service Down sign was displayed and there was no internet connection at all. I checked with the staff and they told me that it will go down when there are a lot of people using it, so I should check again later, but it was the same at 4:00 AM, so I think the equipment and the internet are probably not working. Furthermore, the elevators are old and there are two elevators, so they only work individually, so you have to press the elevator button for each one, and there is only a two-point elevator, so the waiting time is too long. In the end, I went down the emergency stairs with my suitcase. However, I would like them to stop smoking on the emergency stairs. Forgetting to put out a cigarette can cause a fire. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the staff's attitude, but I would like the hotel to improve its customer service and facilities.

Nice budget hotel packed with tourist group Small room, no bathtub, tiny osen, but though it's packed with tourist group, the hospitality is nice The view of Mt Fuji from the restaurant is nice We stay at 4/4 for one evening, the weather was nice so sky was clear. There aren't much selection from breakfast buffet but dinner buffet offers delicious beef and crab.
