The Apa Hotel may be a tenant of the building, but there was a sense of contamination and deterioration of the common areas. Excessive soiling at the service entrance, please polish it with special cleaning. The elevator may also be a building that is not retroactive to current law, but it is desirable to renew it. Is the door closer at the cabin entrance also leaking hydraulic pressure? The closing speed is fast. Bath drainage is also slow and poorly vented, and when drained, the sound of venting is heard. We had a plastic bottle of water in our room, but if we were to provide it as a company, we could use an aluminum can or stop it to reduce plastic waste. And the label comes with a picture of the president! There are lots of amenities in the bathroom that you don't know if you're going to use! Only those who need it can take it, from around the front desk. And no ice cream. There is also a book with a photograph of the husband of the president of the room. No. I want more openness and cheaper accommodation. Breakfast is also shabby. It is not unlike the East ◯ Inn free.

I don't usually stay at Apa hotels. There are two types of hotels: ones that they own and ones that they buy from existing hotels. They have a bad impression because the quality varies even though they are a chain, and they raise the prices drastically during peak seasons. This time I stayed at this one because it is close to Utsunomiya Station and has an indoor parking lot where I can park my motorcycle. It is close to the JR station, but it is on the east side, so it is far from the downtown area. The Tobu side of Utsunomiya is more prosperous. There are not many, but there are restaurants, so it is not that inconvenient. There is a convenience store across the street. It has all the business hotel facilities such as a coin laundry and microwave. There was no humidifier/air purifier. It seems that humidifiers are available for rental at the front desk. It is good during the cheap season. However, be careful because Apa hotels will easily charge 2 to 3 times the price when there is an event.

I was staying at a hotel that included the weekend when there was an event, so at first it was hard to find a hotel with availability. Among them, APA Hotel was close to the station and was the cheapest. However, it is still expensive on Saturdays, and I wonder if a business single room is really that expensive (although the surrounding hotels are the same). It is a 5-minute walk from Utsunomiya Station, so the location is good. There are restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble at night. The hotel is clean from the lobby to the room. The bed was just the right firmness and I slept well. The bathroom amenities are plentiful. There was free VOD on the TV. I stayed for 3 nights, and if you put a sticker on the door that said no cleaning was required, when you came back the bath towels and amenities were hanging on the door nib and new ones were delivered. That's nice.
