From the warm greetings by the valet and luggage staff to the attentive front desk team, everyone went above and beyond. When my golf driver was damaged during our flight from the United States, the front desk took it upon themselves to call local golf shops and locate a replacement. It was an unexpected act of kindness that perfectly exemplified their commitment to exceptional service. The concierge was equally invaluable, providing thoughtful recommendations and outstanding logistical assistance throughout our stay. Each morning, the restaurant staff made breakfast a highlight with delicious food, personable service, and engaging conversations. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate, ensuring everything was perfect every day. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The hard product is absolutely sensational. Our room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought out. Despite being a city hotel, the layout worked perfectly for our family, with every detail feeling intentional and luxurious. What truly impressed us was how genuinely family-friendly the hotel is. Our five-year-old was delighted to receive custom pajamas, while the hotel provided a stroller for our 11-month-old, making it so much easier to explore Tokyo. These weren’t just amenities—they were thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for. But the defining feature of this hotel is the service. It is simply impeccable from start to finish. Every interaction was warm, polished, and proactive. One moment in particular perfectly encapsulated this: when we unexpectedly needed diapers for our baby, a member of the team immediately went out, purchased them, and personally returned to hand-deliver them to our room. To be clear this wasn’t a request we made, it was simply taken care of, with grace and genuine care. That level of service was consistent throughout our stay. This hotel is newly renovated and it’s perfect. It was our favorite hotel in Japan. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and relaxing. Since the hotel is small, the level of service is off the charts. We loved the breakfast, it was delicious and fresh. We loved the location. There’s nothing negative I can say about it.
