Great location near Tokyo Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Stayed for business - room is comfortable with all of the amenities you expect. Daily room turn down. Complimentary breakfast with Western and Japanese options.

We stayed here for 10 nights and the location was perfect! It was quite pricey compared to other hotels in Tokyo but for the spacious room, location and amenities the price was worth it for us. Its directly connected to Tokyo Station which means a quick walk to the train and hundreds of restaurants. Our room was well equipped with pajamas, slippers and every toiletry you could want or need. We stayed in a suite so I don't know if every room came with the same amenities but we were happy. Everything was refreshed daily. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice mix of Japanese and western dishes. They had a lovely espresso machine that I took advantage of every morning! My mom also had dinner at the restaurant 1 night and room service another and thoroughly enjoyed both. The concierge was helpful in arranging taxis, dinner reservations or any other excursions you may be interested. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo!

Big. The lobby is on the 27th floor and rooms are above, up to if I remember correctly, the 33rd floor. It's a cosmopolitan hotel, a little older, but spotlessly clean, with a good bed and almost-American shower in the bathroom. The room is small-ish, but adequate. Breakfast had a large variety - both Western and Japanese. It is about 100 feet from the Shinkansen/subway station - a great convenience. We were only there 1 night and the restaurant was booked for dinner, so I can't give an opinion about that. In Tokyo, would I stay there again? Definitely.
