So, this is a modern, stylish, contemporary hotels that remembers it's Japanese roots and environment. The spaces are open and airy. There is a central japanese courtyard around which the hotel is built. Staff are brilliantly helpful throughout. The bar is situated in the restaurant but it doesn't feel noisy or distracting, but probably not a place to spend too much time drinking. Location wise, its great. Convenient for subway and rail access, and walkable to many sights too. The rooms are a good size for Tokyo...not massive but sufficient. Everything works as it should, including, of course the famous electronic japanese toilet - which is much too intimidating! The shower is above the bath and the bathrooms are bright/light. Toiletries are decent quality. Aircon quiet and effective! Happy to recom

Second time, beautiful hotel. Close to stations and restaurants

This was one of the tiniest hotel rooms I have ever spent any time in. My side of the bed was up against a wall so I had to slither out when I needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We knew the room would be small, though, and we were okay with it since we only spent time there to sleep. It is a beautiful property, very attentive staff. They even have meditative gardens on two of the floors. If you time it right, you'll get there in time for a cup of tea. This hotel is in close proximity to many fun places including the Origami Museum, a couple of shrines in the district, and countless ramen restaurants. Also, the train to anywhere is right down the street.
