I had a good impression before. This time it was three nights. Shower only room It's a good place. 1 Refreshing scent the moment you enter the hotel 2 There are lockers (convenient because you don't have to tell the front desk person) 3 Many drinks to take home to your room 4 Relatively quiet Just curious. 1 The shower, which had requested a window room but was said to be relatively quiet because the train was quite audible, was changed to a hallway room, but not much changed. If you are sensitive to sound, you should stop. 2 Even a small suitcase has no room to expand 3 There is no room around the sink for cosmetics 4 Like last time, the plasticity of the drink cup is trite. Still, I think overall it's good. Compared to Ginza, the city itself is calmer (especially in the morning) so it feels refreshing and good. We finished breakfast at a convenience store down in Midtown and a bakery in Chanté. I think cospa is good amid the skyrocketing cost of accommodation in Tokyo.

Metro station - just 3 min walk, multiple restaurants including indian restaurants within 5-6 min walk. Cleanliness, everything beyond expectations. Breakfast spread is good Staff behavior was not very welcoming but off course not rude also. i couldn't get better deal on Agoda. smallest possible Rooms is a very common thing of Japanese hotels. so not commenting about that.

Location is great, walking distance to the JR and Metro line. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby so it is the place if you want convenience. Staff was helpful and the room size is not too bad compare to hotels in Tokyo. Someone came by to check that our room was cleaned and water was replenished. Will stay here again in Tokyo.
