The bed was very hard and I could feel the springs, so I folded the duvet in half, slept on one half and had the other half over me My room overlooked four busy roads, three of them overpasses right under my window so could be extremely noisy It's very handy for airport buses, as the terminal is just across the road. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area If you don't put, the clean my room sign on the door, they don't go in, so if you want clean towels and coffee for the morning you have to pick them up from reception Not a bad place to stay before or after a flight

this hotel like many in Tokyo has small rooms and due to the shape of the building some are an odd shape and not well laid out, in mine the TV was not watchable from the bed and could only be watched sitting on a straight backed chair, not ideal. The young lady that checked me in 9 and who always seemed to be on duty was very pleasant and helpful despite her limited English and my even worse Japanese. Some would find the hotel noisy as it is right beside a major flyover but it did not bother me. There is also a strange system of having to put out a notice everyday to get your room serviced, if you forget your room is not cleaned. All this said I would use the hotel again.

It was very pleasant. 1 night stay at a single room prior to my early flight from Narita Airport. A comfortable and quiet room with a good bed. So I had a good sleep there. I guess that's what's you need before taking a long flight. Much recommended.
