Stayed at this hotel with friends in early August 2026 for 2 nights. The overall impression of the hotel is rather positive. But it's worth bearing in mind that the rooms are obscenely small. Even in a “double” room it is impossible to live together, it will not be possible to lay out even one suitcase. Storage spaces are completely missing, it's impossible to fit anything. That's why I advise you to take a number per person, otherwise it's very hard. Also didn't like that there was no cleaning service at all. Towels need to be changed ourselves, rubbish put out and brought in too. There are no toothbrushes, etc. in the room, you need to go down separately for everything. The air conditioning system is also terribly working, impossible to set up. On the plus side, I want to mention cleanliness, friendly staff, we checked in 1.5 hours early. Breakfasts are good, there are three options for sets, including "European." As a result, for Japan, the hotel is quite basic, but of all the places we had time to stay, the smallest. The location is good.

Located about 200 meters from the Ningyocho subway station, from where you can reach Haneda without changing trains, the hotel is in an optimal position also for reaching the central station (a quarter of an hour on foot). The area is quiet and full of restaurants and convenience stores. Extremely courteous and helpful staff: welcome ice cream, many toiletries available, possibility to leave luggage before and after the stay. Small rooms, but in line with Tokyo standards and in any case very well organized: kettle, USB and USB-C outlets, excellent air conditioning. Water and ice dispenser present in the laundry room (which has two machines and they are very often occupied!). Breakfast available in the adjacent restaurant at a cost of 1500 yen per person.

It was very convenient to get to the nearest station by a train from Haneda Airport, and it was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest station. Convenience stores were almost next door, and there were taverns in the basement, restaurants and anything within walking distance, which was very convenient. The rooms were simple but very clean and comfortable. They also gave me free luggage after I checked out, which helped me to walk around empty-handed before I went to the airport. It was a hotel I would love to use again next time.
