The hotel has a direct limousine bus stop from Narita Airport. The hotel is also a bust stop for Disney Parks. Just a short cab drive to Odaiba. In fact you can just take the train. Train station is at the back of the hotel. Room was fairly bigger than average tokyo hotel rooms. Amenities are provided in the room. But you can still get some more skin care at the Lobby. You can also borrow small electric aliances(hair iron, clothes iron/steamer, humidifier, chargers, etc.) They have a Lawson konbini on the mezzanine that is open 24hrs. If you prefer 711, there is one at the of the hotel towards the train station. Check in was fast same as the check out. Breakfast at their restaurant has a pretty good selection. You can even choose to dine in or take out your breakfast. They provide containers for your food and coffee cups. For our last day, we opted to just grab some food for take out since we have an eary flight to Sapporo. I booked our stay thru Ag**a. Very easy and hassle free. I was able to get 2 rooms(adjoining but not connected) for our family. Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel. However, since we are used to the vibe in Ueno. This area is more quiet at night. Everything is too far away. Not really walkable. Things to do near the hotel: 1. Small Worlds 2. Toyosu Market 3. Odaiba City 4. Statue of Liberty 5. Light show at the odaiba seaside park 6. Unicorn Gundam 7. Diver City - Pokemon Center, Don Quijote, ABC Mart, Uniqlo, GU 8. Try the food court at Diver City

We stayed there for 3 nights. Location: Near to Tokyo Big sight and Kokusai Tenjijo metro stations Rooms: We booked a Twin room which was spacious enough Food: Really enjoyed their Breakfast buffet. Amenities: Good amenities, liked them. Staff: Helpful staff Check-in, Check-out: Self kiosk machines As for Value for money - little on the higher side All-in-all, a happy stay :)

Basic but perfect for us. Wanted to stay in the area for convenience. Room had everything we needed without being flashy. Can borrow irons, hair straighteners, it has self serve luggage storage, has self check in. We arrived early and they happily looked after our luggage for the day until we returned to check in. We loved the dinner at the cafe $14 Aus ea (pho and curry). Microwave and laundry on every level so easy to get our laundry done before and after dinner in cafe. 5 min walk to train station (2 lines) and 30 min walk/10 min train to planet labs and futures museum, walk to water science museum.
