Room was a good size compared to other hotels in the area. Washing machine supplied in room. Coffee machine in lobby for guests. Very close to underground railway station. Recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area. Supplied breakfast was ok.

It appears that the hotel is converted from a condominum. Located in a residential area with plenty of non-expensive but very busy eaterie There are 2 subway lines near close by so travelling to other parts of Tokyo is easy. No shopping malls and fancy shops around though Booked a bigger room with washer which is a good idea if staying for more than a couple of days. There is also a induction cooker and few cooking utensils, which means you can cook simple meals such as noodles. There is a public self laundry on the lobby floor which is also open to the public. The charge is much higher than the self laundry you can find in other business hotels. Had problem when using the washing machine first time at around 11PM. Called front desk, and she came up fast to check and explain. Hailed a taxi which stops on the other side of the street upon check out so have to struggle to brigh 4 suitecases plus travel bags across the street. One of the front desk staffs ran out and helped us to move the luggages.. This is a hotel to be considered if looking for a area not flooded with annoying tourists

I stayed overnight for a business trip. Monzennakacho is close to Tokyo Station, but it has a calm atmosphere downtown. If you pass through the arcade of the shopping street from Monzennakacho Exit 1, you can access it without getting too wet even on a rainy day. The hotel's facilities are somewhat outdated, but there is nothing wrong with a normal stay. There are many restaurants nearby, so you won't have trouble eating if you arrive late at night. Convenience store and drugstore are next to each other, so it is convenient. Free hot coffee. There is a laundromat in the hotel, so there seems to be no particular problem in rooms without washing machines. Check-out time is 11 o'clock, which is also helpful depending on your schedule for the next day.
