Firstly if you atay here you get thrown out ar 11am and not let back in till 3pm even if you are ill and dieing on your feet. The websites do not tell you this :-) Secondly the photos are old, this place only looked this nice 20 years ago. Apart from that great location.

I found it when I was looking for a sauna in Shinjuku that I could go to easily. There are many high places in Shinjuku, but I appreciate the reasonable price.

It is what it is. The capsules are more spacious than you expect and comfortable. It’s very well located and reasonably priced. Bit annoying that you have to check out by 10am even if staying multiple nights, but I found that’s fairly standard practice and you can leave you belongings in the lockers. Spa area is clean and a good size, vending machines well-stocked, comfortable pyjamas; all in all, not a bad place to stay for your first night in Japan.
