I stayed in this place because I wanted to stay in Tokyo by using JAL mileage. The building and the room is outdated. It appears that the manager stopped proper cleaning during pandemic. The room is tolerable but the bathroom is absolutely horrendous. Mold everywhere. Only things I found clean were in room pajama and drinking cups. Charging more than 10k JPY is way overpriced. Even if the bathroom was clean, I wouldn’t pay more than 8kJPY.

Good apartments hotel(which means not restaurant/breakfast), 10 minutes from shimbashi station and with plenty of restaurants nearby. We went mainly to Italians restaurants (ie "La Pausa" is just 10 minutes away, cheap and good pasta) but on the street to the station there are tens of japaneses ones that after 6pm are packed with salary men going home from work. At the reception we always found somone speaking a basic/good english, the room doesn't get cleaned unless you stick a magnet to the door to tell. At the end they let us leave our luggage after check-out for the rest of the day (our flight was a 10 pm).
