This is one of my favourite hotels. I just love the artist rooms and the art throughout, the well-designed accommodation and the great views. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and Shimbashi/Shiodome is a very convenient location. This was my ninth stay, and I had one of the newer artist queen-sized rooms, "The Tale of Genji" by Mizuno Takushi, which was lovely. From the window seat or lounge chair I could see the Sumida River, Tsujiki Ohashi bridge, Hamarikyu gardens and city buildings. The rooms are not particularly big but very well-designed. I liked using the desk with its excellent big lamp. The teabags and drip coffee were, as always, good quality. There was a wide variety of TV channels. The WiFi worked well. The bed was comfy and sleeping was easy. I didn't try the breakfasts - last time I did the choices seemed too much "Western". It might be different now but they seem to have become quite expensive. The location is beside Shiodome Station and close to Shimbashi Station, providing multiple easy transport choices including the Tokyo-loop Yamanote Line from Shimbashi. There are many shops and eateries nearby, and many sights within walking distance. It was nice to be escorted downstairs to my airport taxi, after being allowed to repack my luggage in the relaxation area near the reception desk and concierge. Thank you and see you next time!

My experience at the Park Hotel Tokyo was simply exceptional. From arrival, the staff's treatment was impeccable: attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The care for every detail and the desire for the stay to be perfect is noticeable. The room was spacious for Japanese standards, elegant and very comfortable, with impressive views of Tokyo's Hamarikyu Gardens that make waking up every morning a true privilege. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire stay and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the aspects I liked most was the combination of design, art, and hospitality. I stayed in one of the rooms designed by artists and the design was super beautiful. The hotel has a unique personality, with well-kept spaces and a quiet atmosphere that invites you to relax after touring the city. The location is also excellent, with very good transport connections and close to many of the main points of interest, which makes it very easy to get around Tokyo. Shimbashi Station is right next door; the hotel elevator even goes directly to the station itself. Overall, it was a five-star experience in every way. It is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have stayed in and a place I would return to without a second thought. If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, exceptional service, and unforgettable views, the Park Hotel Tokyo is a hard choice to beat.

The Park Hotel is an excellent hotel on the upper floors of a tower block in the media section of Tokyo near to Shinbashi station. The quality of the rooms is very good, with plenty of storage space and good views across the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is some very unusual art work by the lifts on each floor. Breakfast is good but quite expensive.
