We stayed in this hotel in the 'REN'-room for 5 nights. The atmosphere of the 'REN' room is great, with a combination of modern and classic Japanese style. We had plenty of room to move around and place all our luggage as it is a very spacious room for Tokyo standards. We really enjoyed the fact that in this type of room, the minibar was included and refilled each day. As we had a long trip in Japan ahead of us, it was very pleasant that the room included a washing machine in the room so we could do our laundry. The location of the hotel was good, with just a couple minutes walk from the nearest bus station and just a little further away from the metro station Roppongi Hills. A perfect location from which you can explore the entire bustling city of Tokyo! The Wifi in the room worked well. The staff was also very friendly, they all spoke English and made no trouble to keep our luggage for a little while when we arrived a bit before check-in. For this style of hotel, we unfortunately did not think the breakfast was good enough. Choices were little and it got boring after a night or 2. If we were to book the hotel again next time, we would not book a stay with breakfast but instead would go to a konbini to grab ourselves some breakfast. Also, there is unfortunately not really a view from the room in which we stayed. The window overlooked the highway, but luckily when closed the sound did not bother us as all.

Nice location in a busy city, close to metro and bus stations (which is very important in Tokyo!). We had a spacious room and I really enjoyed a bathtub :) Good variety for breakfast (japanese salad dressing is to die for!!), also free welcoming coctails at the bar were a nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay!

We got to the hotel for 3 nights and everything was at the highest level. The rooms are spacious and combine modern design with a Japanese side including a seating corner and a cool bedroom. The bathroom is large and includes a bath and shower and everything is super clean! The breakfast is very varied and everything is fresh and so is the hotel restaurant, the cocktails in the day bar are excellent and the service is very high.
